Brant and Gen

We were very happy with our stay at this property. Some of the positives: (1) Quiet. Although it is in a neighborhood, there are lots of trees between houses, making it feel more private. That's a plus for us. (2) Well furnished. The kitchen was well furnished with lots of utensils, washer and dryer were great, furniture and beds were comfortable. (3) Clean. House was very clean and organized. (4) The deck with the grill is awesome. View is fantastic. Great place to relax after a day of hiking. (5) Location - It's about half way between Bryce Canyon and Zion, making it easy to get to both. Cedar Breaks National Monument is only 23 miles away. If you don't want to fight crowds at Zion, check out this hidden gem. Go there at night to see the Milky Way on full display. If you've never seen the night sky, you should do this. Dress warmly, it gets chilly at 10,500 feet elevation. (6) Host is very responsive. I had a few questions, and he literally replied to my emails and texts within a minute or two, every time. A+ for response time. As for negatives, I don't have any. Seriously, I wouldn't change a thing. This is a great house, in a great location with a great host. We will definitely stay again when we are back. It's a great place to come back to after exploring the area.
