This was a neat place to stay for one night. It was less than a 10 minute drive to a nearby location and check in instructions were just as described. The TIPI was very charming and came with plenty of amenities to keep us comfortable including sleeping cots, 5 sleeping bags, rugs, chairs, lanterns, a cooler, and a couple blankets. There was an aloha basket with a few extra items such as toilet paper, paper plates, paper towels, lighter fluid, BBQ supplies, etc but we didn't use those. We slept warmly and comfortably through the night although it dropped to the 30s overnight. I'd recommend ear plugs for anyone sensitive to traffic noise or animal noises since you will hear those occasionally throughout the night. For food and about 25 minutes to Bryce Canyon. The Porto potty was clean and stocked well with toilet paper. There is no running water or hand sanitizer though so I suggest bringing your own. The grounds were very nicely set up with a picnic table and small grill. The high altitude and clear skies made for amazing stargazing at night. We even saw a shooting star!
